Functional training exercises train your muscles to work together. This training prepare your muscles for daily tasks that will make it easier and safer for you to perform daily activities that include bending, walking, and lifting things.

HIIT

TRAINING

HIIT is high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

BOOTCAMP

CLASSES

G-FIT BOOTCAMP's training is a physical training program designed specifically for you. It is a group physical training that combines the power of team atmosphere, intense full body cardiovascular and strength workouts with fitness education to give you the best results in fitness and confidence.

BOXING

SESSIONS

You will learn how to combines Boxing techniques with fast paced movement. Your trainer will teach you some punches, kicks to unleash the fighter inside you. Boxing is great fitness training choice for anyone who is looking to burn calories, or to improve stamina and good heart and lungs.
